While we don't offer physical repairs ourselves we are here to help you along the way. We value high quality repairs & recommend doing so through Apple. We can assess your device to confirm it needs a hardware repair, contact Apple for you to get an estimate cost & go over your options. We can prepare your device to send to Apple by completing Apple's requirements, such as turning off ("Find My" with Apple ID/account & password) making sure device is backed up and data is saved (if possible). The turn around times vary but can be as fast as 2 days! We then are here to offer support to make sure computer is working properly and set up when returned.
